The San Francisco Symphony produces Profile Videos for the musicians, featuring their special interests and activities outside of the orchestra. My Profile Video is about my long-time commitment to meditation, and how I relate that to my music performance and practice. It was filmed at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA.  

Along with master meditation teacher Sylvia Boorstein and my husband Cliff Saron, I was honored to present workshops at Esalen in Big Sur, CA from 2013-2016.
