I was fortunate to know and play under the great American composer, conductor, and musical icon Leonard Bernstein, and joined the musical world celebrating his 100th birthday in 2018:
My contribution to the “Memory Page” on the official Lenny at 100 website; program from Aug. 25 “Lenny’s Living Legacy” concert at Academy for the Love of Learning in Santa Fe, NM where I performed Meditations 1 and 2 from Mass for cello and piano; my review of Jamie Bernstein’s memoir, “Famous Father Girl” for Strings Magazine; article I wrote for Strings online edition that appeared on his 100th birthday, Aug 25, “My Epiphany with Lenny.”
